Why should I buy before I come?

1. During the high winter season months the most popular tours and activities fill up fast and book atleast 1 week in advance. Waiting until you come increases the ticket price and spots may not be available for your first choice in activities.

I don't want to buy tickets online

Firstly, Purchasing tickets online or over the internet is the most secure purchase you can make. Dealing with a American/Canadian company means we have to follow the standards set out in the North American business market. You are going to get what you pay for. Federal banking laws are on your side, if you dont get what you want, we have to refund your money or risk losing our merchant licence. That is not so in Mexico, dealing with private vendors and international companies greatly reduces your chances for recourse. Its probable if you run into problems that you are in a lose-lost your money situation.

Still not convinced? You don't have to buy over the internet. You can call us anytime at 1-888-224-7401 and we will get you going over the phone. You can also call us once you are in Mexico and we will get you where you need to go.

We strongly recommend buying in advance. Popular tours book in advance and although we can 'hold a spot' without payment, it is not guaranteed, if paying customers come through the tour door, they automatically override the unpaid reservations. We make you pay in advance because we have to pay in advance.

Is it really cheaper?

I get this question alot, yes it is really cheaper. Because we reach a high audience of people, it allows us to take most of the padded margin out of the ticket price and pass on those savings to our customers. Even browsing online, you probably wont find a better price on your activities and tours. We do offer a match and beat their price on published prices of the same tour. If your a haggler, it is possible you could find some poor guy on the beach to give you the same price, but its a hassle and not worth the risk of misrepresented tours and the fact that you have no recourse. One other way to get things for close to nothing is to visit the neighbourhood timeshares, they are always willing to deal, but you may find yourself walking away with an over priced timeshare and wasting many precious hours of your vacation. We don't and won't do timeshare.

What happens after I buy?

After you purchase from us you will recieve an instant receipt of the transaction through email and in less than 24 hours later will recieve a detailed confirmation and itinerary which includes tour details, dates and times, location, transportation arrangements, and anything else pertinent to your trip.

I don't know how to get around the city, How will I find my tour?

We send you a detailed itinerary with directions and full instructions of what to do. We do understand that especially if this is your first time to the city that you may be a little turned around, so we are the only tour company who offers a Things to do in Vallarta representative to come and meet you and get you to your tour destination. If you feel you need this, let us know and we will arrange it.

Can I cancel?

You can, we offer a 100% money back guarantee up to 48 hours before your scheduled tour date less 3% if you paid by credit card to cover transaction fees. in the event that you miss your tour or want to cancel less than 48 hours in advance it is up to the discretion of the individual operator of the tour. We will do our best everytime to reschedule or get a refund for you every time.
